Terms & Conditions, Selling Policies & Important Information

Payment Methods Accepted

Paypal: Items will be dispatched asap within the handling time as listed below.

Paypal eCheques: Items will be dispatched asap within the handling time listed below AFTER eCheque payment has cleared.

Cheques: Cheques take 5 WORKING DAYS to clear and should be made payable to Miss S Wood. Items will be dispatched asap within the handling time listed below after payment has cleared.

Postal Orders: Please send UNCROSSED postal orders via recorded delivery. Items will be dispatched asap within the handling time as listed below once payment has been recieved.

Please include your name, address, item name and details with your payment when sending any kind of money through the post. Failure to do so will delay the dispatch of your order.

Fees, Customs & Tax

All postage must be paid by customer and is non-refundable - this includes returns.

International items may be subject to customs charges, VAT and/or Import duty charges. These are un-forseeable and must be paid by the buyer.

UK & International Shipping

Worldwide shipping: Available via Royal Mail International Signed For. International items will take longer to arrive and delivery times will vary for each destination. Please check online at www.royalmail.co.uk for information regarding delivery times to your country.

Inland UK postage: Items will always be sent via a form of recorded & insured delivery.

Recorded Delivery insures items up to the value of £41 and requires a signature upon delivery.

Special Delivery insures items up to the value of £500. This is a tracked service and the tracking number can be provided upon request. This service requires a signature on delivery and guarantees your item will be with you the next working day after it was posted.

Delivery & Handling Time

All items are posted asap within a maximum of 5 working days. Most items are however sent out within 2-3 working days but on occasion it can take a bit longer so please always allow yourself a maximum of 5 working days for your item/s to arrive before contacting us.

Regretfully we are unable to offer a next day guaranteed delivery service at the moment.

If there is a problem with your order and we are unable to get it out to you within our stated handling time then we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of this.

We do not post on weekends or bank holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.

Please contact us if you require an item for a certain date and we will be able to let you know if this will be possible.

Refunds & Returns

As part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000 you have the right to return your product for a refund provided you give us written notice (email) within 7 business days from the day on which you receive the goods.  Also as part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 certain goods by reason of their nature cannot be returned, hair extensions are a hygiene sensitive product, once the seal has been broken or the extensions taken out of the package they will be deemed exempt of refund or exchange.

In the case of our hair extensions your right to return is only valid if the hair extensions have not been removed from their original packaging are in their original brand new sealed condition and the tamper evident seal/guarantee void seal/packaging has not been tampered with.  Once the tamper evident/guarantee void seal has been removed or the packaging tampered with you will not be able to return your extensions for a refund or exchange. (If you return products that have been removed from the packaging, or a product that has been worn, you will be liable to pay the return postage back to you as they will not be accepted for hygiene reasons). Stick tipped hair, European Bohyme hair, Virgin hair (all types) and the Premium Plus Clip-In's cannot be returned as this hair is custom ordered in for each customer. We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund on human hair extensions which are deemed to no longer be in as new, perfect, re-saleable condition and/or are no longer sealed. Hair must be returned within 7 days (5 business days) from the date you recieved it to be eligable for a refund.

Accessories and equipment can be returned and exchanged or refunded within 7 days (5 business days) as long as they are kept in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.

You will need to pay the cost of the return postage and the goods are your responsibility until they have been received by eXtensionelle; a form of tracked and insured postage is recommended. Your refund will be issued minus the £6 p&p charge and a 15% re-stock fee. All items returned after 7 days will be rejected.

If you are returning your item from outside of the European Union your postal service will provide you with a customs form, this needs to be visible on your returned parcel.  You MUST clearly write the following on the customs form: RETURNED ITEM NO DUTIES.  If you fail to do this your item will be returned back to you before it reaches us.

If you are returning the item for a replacement or exchange, the exchange postage costs incurred will be payable by the you, the customer.

If you wish to return an item please contact us before doing so to obtain the returns address.

Other Important Information

We are an online, web based company only and as such we cannot offer a 'collection' service. All our items are for delivery only. 

Colour Matching Service

We understand that trying to match your colour from a computer screen is difficult so we sell colour rings for this purpose under hair extension accessories.

We also offer a colour matching service which will suit those who only wish to buy one or two wefts. Just send us small hair sample (either of your hair or some old extensions that match) and we will match your colour for you and email you with the closest match. Contact us for more details.

Please be aware that the colours stated in the listing and shown on the online colour chart are offered as a guide only and can vary depending on the resolution & brightness of your computer. Also, colour shades can and do differ for each type of hair and supplier so a colour on one colour ring won’t necessarily be the same colour number on all colour rings which is why we sell a different colour ring for each type of hair we sell.
