Payments & Ordering

Handling
There is a maximum 7 day handling time on all our items (the time taken to process your order before it is dispatched). Most items will often be dispatched much sooner but please allow 7 days as a maximum. If you require an item for a certain date please contact us via phone or email and we will let you know if it will be possible to recieve it for that time.

UK and Northern Ireland
Paypal: We use the paypal shopping cart so you know your payments will be safe and secure. You will also be covered by PayPal's terms and conditions of purchase which can provide buyer protection.

Email: If you prefer to pay via cheque or uncrossed postal order, you can email your order to sales@extensionelle.co.uk and we will send you an itemised invoice and payment address.

International Orders
Paypal is the only acceptable payment method for international orders.

Despatch Details
We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible but please allow upto 7 working days for your item to reach you. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours. You will then be able to choose an alternative item or a full refund.

Delivery Details
All UK items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which gurantees the item will reach you by 1pm the day after it has been posted. All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Service. You will only be charged once for postage for your entire order.

Returns
We aim to offer you the highest level of customer service and hope you will be satisfied with your items. However, if you wish to return your item due to a fault, please notify us immediately upon reciept of your item and we will give you a returns address. All returned items must be returned to us within 7 days of your reciept and we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement. 

Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on human hair, therefore please make sure you choose the correct colour you need when ordering as mistakes cannot be rectified later. Colour rings are available to purchase to enable you to match the colour you need correctly.
